Here is one I made earlier

Well here is what I made with the fabric I put in my earlier post.

 Thanks go out to my dear friend Stella who showed great patience whilst helping me construct the bag. I'm very smug and pleased with the end result the only trouble is now I have to make more........... as everyone wants one.

      Well maybe two bags though I doubt any would have been usable. Now haver another one to make in blues.

      I was surprised at how easy it was. I can sew always have been able to but never tried patchwork or quilting before. Patchwork had always looked so complicated and fancy and quilting appeared to be beyond me but with the guidance of my friend Stella it only took two days to complete. Of course its not fancy but I was pleased

    You've made a beautiful job of the bag. I've got a lot of unpicking to do sometime having made a right mess of my next bag project. My stitch-ripper will be working overtime.

    You'll have no problems making a crazy patchwork bag or pouch, Dawn. Thanks for your lovely comments on mine. This bag looks great. I really like the contrast between the striped fabric and the florals.
